BACK TO SCHOOL

I know the stress of back to school has hit us all! Here are a few quick tips to help get back into the swing of things without breaking the bank or losing your mind!

1. Pick out clothes the night before or even the Sunday before the school week. 

This will allow you to have everything ready without the stress of doing it within your morning routine. 

2. Allow enough time to get ready.

I know some hate waking up early more than others but this will ensure you have enough time to get things done. You wont have to rush and the stress of being on time is alleviated a bit. 

3. Go to bed EARLY.

Children need at least 8 hours of sleep. Key words at least. Don't be afraid to start that nighttime routine earlier than expected so you still have some quiet alone time before heading to bed yourself. 

4. Enjoy the process!

Before you know it first day of kindergarten turns into first day of 12th grade, then off to college. Enjoy the beautiful chaos of it all and take in every milestone. Take those annoying pictures to look back on in the future

 

Back to school can be a great bonding experience for the entire family.
